The City of Jefferson can now accept
online payments for your Water/Sewer & Garbage bills through a third party source. The City of Jefferson
partnered with qpaybill to provide its citizens with the ability to make online payments with debit or credit cards.
To make an online
payment, please include your Account number and last four digits of your phone number to insure proper credit on your bill.
The last 4 digits of the phone number
you enter must match what we have on file. This is a security feature.
