To begin new utility service with the City of Jefferson you will need to visit City Hall and
apply through a customer service representative. You will need a valid drivers license or a state ID card.
You are required to complete a "City of Jefferson Utilities Service Application and Agreement", which can be printed
from the link below. There is a $100.00 Security Deposit and a $25.00 Establishment Fee. For more details
