Comprehensive plans in Georgia now consist of a community assessment which includes an analysis of existing conditions.
It includes a data appendix. Also, the “plan” part of the comprehensive plan is the
“community agenda.” Jefferson adopted a new comprehensive plan, community agenda, in 2009. The comprehensive plan documents for
