The official zoning maps for the Cities of Jefferson and Talmo are available
for download from the main page in .pdf format. For the City of Jefferson, there is one City-wide zoning map and also a downtown inset map
for easier reading in the downtown part of the City. The Official Zoning Maps are updated approximately
quarterly. Contact the Planning and Development Department to confirm zoning or if needed to obtain an
official letter of zoning confirmation (requires fee).
