The City of Jefferson has adopted an impact fee ordinance (see Article 2 of Chapter 38 of the City Code, accessible
via the MuniCode web link) and requires an impact fee for parks and recreation. Payment of the impact fee
is required for new residential dwelling units only and is due at the time of building permit or certificate of occupancy.
The Department of Planning and Development collects impact fees on behalf of the City of Jefferson.
