Downtown Jefferson Streetscape - Beginning in Spring/Summer 2009, construction
will begin on our streetscape project for the downtown square. Improvements will be made to traffic lanes, traffic signals,
lighting, pedestrial cross walks, parking and beautification projects both the east and west sides of the square.
