C.D. Kidd III has served on the Jefferson City Council for 36 years. He is
retired from the University of Georgia’s Physical Plant where he was Department Head for Recycling, Sanitation Services
and Support Services for over 30 years. He is a lifelong resident of Jefferson and a member of the Saint Paul First Baptist
Church where he serves on the Board of Deacons and Trustees and is the church Treasurer.
C.D. and his wife, Sarah,
have two children, Angela and Kenneth.
