Tertiary Permit

Additional Documents Required:

1.  One digital copy or four printed copies of tertiary plans.
2.  Copy of Notice of Intent
3.  Erosion Control Affidavit
4.  NPDES Checklist (may be printed on plans)

Tertiary applications, along with additional documents required may be submitted online to permits@cityofjeffersonga.com or to Jefferson City Hall, located at 147 Athens Street, Jefferson, GA 30549.
