Online Payments

The City of Jefferson is pleased to announce we have upgraded our On-line Payment services.  Our new system will help us continue to provide the service you have come to expect on a more secure platform. The new system will offer more services and enable us to provide better customer service. 

 

The City of Jefferson accepts online payments for your Water/Sewer & Garbage bills through a new secure third party vendor.  The City of Jefferson provides its citizens with the ability to make online payments with Visa or MasterCard, debit or credit card, or Electronic Check (eCheck).
 
To make an online payment, you will need some information from your utility bill.

*****YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER A 0 (ZERO) AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER.  IF YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 12345-000, YOU WILL ENTER 012345-000.*****

*******IF YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON PAYMENT, THE FULL BALANCE AND THE $50.00 RECONNECT FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE SERVICE IS RESTORED.  YOUR SERVICE WILL BE RESTORED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.   YOU MUST CONTACT THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO BE RECONNECTED.  706-367-5121 EXT: 3
