I-85 Water Reclamation Facility Construction
The facility will be located off of Concord Road. The estimated $27 million facility will be funded through GEFA (Georgia Environmental Finance Authority) and ARPA (The American Rescue Plan Act). As a Water First Community, the city received a reduced interest rate of 0.13% on the 20 year loan from GEFA.
