Squad 11 is the newest piece of emergency response equipment that the Jefferson Fire Department has. The unit was delivered to the Department in 2009 and is capable of transporting up to 6 responders, including the driver. This is a heavy-duty rescue vehicle that carries equipment and materials to support Department personnel in responding to structure fires, vehicle accidents, heavy-duty rescue, and hazardous materials incidents.
